   • Create New Proposal: Allows brokers to create formal proposals, including details like customer information, asset specifics, financial parameters and credit documents.

   • Workqueue: A comprehensive work management feature that tracks the status of all quotations and proposals, ensuring users can efficiently monitor and manage their workflow.

2. Quotation Management:

   • A streamlined process for creating, saving and converting quotations into formal proposals.

   • Users can search and filter quotations using a searchable table, view, edit, delete and download quotations, or convert them into proposals.

3. Proposal Management:

   • Proposal Details Tab: Input and track key information like client details, asset categories and financial details.

   • Asset Details Tab: Add multiple assets to proposals with fields for asset type, category, cost and supplier information. Saved assets appear in a dynamic table, where users can view, edit and delete individual records.

   • Finance Details Tab: Auto-populates based on asset data while allowing users to edit financial details before finalizing proposals.

   • Credit Documents Tab: Facilitates document upload and management, with columns to track the status of required documents. Users can view, upload, or delete individual documents and download all related files in bulk.

   • Proposal Summary Tab: Provides a comprehensive view of the entire proposal, along with actions to save, send to customers, or submit the proposal for approval.

4. Workqueue Functionality:

   • Track Proposals: Displays all proposals in progress, with advanced search options and the ability to view or edit details, review summaries and manually update the status.

   • Dealer Proposals: Specifically tracks proposals in the "Submitted to Broker" state, allowing brokers to manage and monitor proposals received from dealers.

   • Draft Proposals: Allows users to manage and edit draft proposals, with options to view, clone, or delete drafts.

   • Quotations Tab: Displays all generated quotations, allowing brokers to view, edit, delete and convert quotations into proposals.
